At Outdoor Recreation Products, we plan, design, provide and manage the installation of unique play spaces throughout Nebraska and Iowa. Our inclusive designs serve children and adults of all ages and abilities, while encouraging play for all.
Site Consultation & Assessment – We meet with you on site to measure, discuss design concepts and possibilities, address drainage and any site concerns.
Personalized Site Planning – One of our experienced representatives will work with your group to do a thorough needs and site analysis. We will provide you with 2D and 3D color drawings of your playground or Splashpad area.
Custom Products & Design – Organize discovery calls with LSI’s custom design team. Guide you in CPSC and ASTM safety standard compliance and maintaining accessibility and ADA compliance.
Surfacing Recommendations
Falls from playground equipment are the number one cause of injuries on playgrounds. We will help you select the resilient surfacing material that is right for your play area and your budget.
Maintenance
We provide you with ongoing maintenance tools, checklists, and parts. The high quality of our products allows you to keep your play equipment beautiful, safe and fun for many, many years.
NPSI Certified Playground Safety Inspectors
Our Staff are CPSI Certified Playground Safety Inspectors through the National Recreation and Park Association.
Installation
Turnkey Installation Playgrounds – Our team of installers are certified by Landscape Structures and trained in safety requirements. Your playground will be installed expertly and efficiently. We are also a member of the NPCAI (National Playground Contractors Association, Inc.).
Splash Pads – We have a team of installers who have been trained by Aquatix® and work to build your splash pad to the high standards and durability of Aquatix®.
Community Build Installation – Volunteers from the community install the play equipment under the supervision of one of our Landscape Structures Certified Installers. The installer works along with the volunteers to ensure that the equipment is installed properly, safely, and timely.
Grants
Many organizations allocate funds for building or updating playgrounds through grants. These organizations see the benefits playgrounds bring to a community and the development of the whole child – mentally, physically, and socially.
